Hello, just got a brand new carrier infinity installed and it came with an Infinity SYSTXCCITC01-C thermostat. I have been able to connect it to my WI-Fi network but I can’t seem to connect to the Infinity server. The touch screen shows a wi-fi icon with a hazard symbol.
