It has configurations for anything from just 2.0 fronts surround, 2.1,3.0,3.1 all the way up to 7.2 or 5.1.2 I`m currently running 5.1 Sounds pretty darn good. Bluetooth works seemlessly and on screen menu is awesome. A.F.D is the correct sound field for Atmos content. Non Atmos content will be up mixed using Dolby Surround if A.F.D is selected.
